PURE COFFEE

CAREFULLY SELECTED

HMONG COFFEE is grown on a clean material area, which is 1,400 meters high and lies deeply in the mountains of Dak G’Long district (Central Highlands). The cool climate, porous basalt soil and high humidity are golden conditions for coffee plants to grow. The HMONG farmers apply a manual method to the whole process from mowing grass, fertilizing to selectively harvesting ripe coffee. The journey to reach the original taste of a clean cup of coffee has begun like that…

FROM THE PROCESS

OF STANDARD PROCESSING

With more than 20 years of experience in the coffee roasting field, the roaster of HMONG COFFEE has brought to the market (both domestic and foreign) hundreds of tons of delicious coffee. In order to have a complete batch of roasting, the operator must be a master in measuring: roasting time, roasting temperature, even how the outside weather affects the temperature of the roasting cage… The whole process must be calculated carefully, exactly to every moment, as meticulously as creating a work of art.
